The Harrisburger owner and griddle master, Lou Lerant took an unconventional path to the world of burgerdom. He studied marketing, worked as an insurance underwriter, and in his free time, moonlighted as a mad burger scientist. Lou’s recipes are homegrown, backyard tested, works of art, which have passed the tried and true taste bud test with friends and family. His raving reviews all had one common thread…everyone said he should make his burgers into a business.
